Is this just a wrapper around ChatGPT?+

It's a parallel orchestrator across four model APIs with a custom citation-detection layer — URL match, brand match, fuzzy match, and citation-array parsing for engines that return source URLs separately. The detection logic is the product.

How is this different from SEO?+
