These terms govern your use of Find me Cited (the website, instant audit, reports, and paid workspace). By using the service you agree to them. Questions: contact form or alerts@findmecited.com.
The service
Find me Cited measures whether AI engines mention or cite a business for buyer-style questions. Results are real-time snapshots. Model answers vary between runs; we do not promise a ranking, lead volume, or that a later run will match an earlier one.
LLM-generated suggestions in reports are recommendations, not measurements. Source lists are sources retrieved, not proof that a source caused the answer. We never auto-publish to Google Business Profile.
Accounts and the free instant audit
The homepage instant audit requires an email and a one-time code before we run the sample. Preview lookup (domain, location, Google Business Profile match) may run without that code. You are responsible for the accuracy of the address you give us and for keeping access to that inbox.
A free sample generates up to 20 buyer prompts and citation-checks 5 of them on ChatGPT. Other engines and remaining prompts unlock on Pro. Rate and spend caps apply to the free sample so the funnel stays available.
Plans, credits, and billing
Paid plans are Pro ($39 / month), billed through Stripe. One credit is one question on one AI engine (Mentions / Trust Footprint use the same credits). Purchased credit packs never expire and burn after the plan allotment. Legacy Agency subscriptions remain supported until cancelled; Agency may use its own API keys (BYOK), and those runs do not consume the managed monthly quota.
Pro checkout includes a card-required trial. Cancel before the trial ends and you will not be charged for the first paid period. Subscriptions renew until you cancel in the billing portal. See the refund policy and pricing.
Acceptable use
Do not:
- Probe, scrape, or overload the service beyond ordinary product use
- Submit domains or content you are not authorized to audit
- Attempt to bypass plan, rate, or spend limits
- Use results to impersonate another business or fabricate citations
We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service, including automated harvesting of free samples.
Your content and our output
You keep rights to your brand materials and domains. We may process homepages, public listings, and engine responses as needed to run checks. Citation history we produce is our measurement of those engines. Google-sourced data (Search Console and similar) is handled under Google’s Limited Use rules: raw payloads can be deleted; derived aggregates we compute may be retained as described in the privacy policy.
Third-party engines
Checks call third-party APIs (including OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Perplexity, and SerpAPI). Their terms apply to those requests. Outages, refusals, or “unavailable” cells are excluded from scoring — they are not counted as “not cited.”
Disclaimer
The service is provided as-is for visibility measurement. We do not warrant uninterrupted access, complete engine coverage, or fitness for a particular commercial result. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for lost profits, lost leads, or indirect damages arising from use of the reports.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted here with a new “last updated” date. Continued use after that date is acceptance of the revised terms.
