We want you to feel confident subscribing to Find me Cited Pro. This policy covers how refunds and cancellations work — straightforwardly, with no surprises.
Early bird Pro — 7-day refund window
If you subscribed during our early bird beta at $4.99 / month, you are eligible for a full refund if you request it within 7 days of your original subscription date.
To request a refund, use the contact form and select Billing & plans as the subject. Include the email address on your account and a brief reason — this helps us improve the product. We will process your refund within 5 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3–7 days to appear on your statement.
Refund requests submitted after the 7-day window cannot be honoured. If you are unsure when your window closes, check the renewal date on your billing page — your 7 days run from the date before that.
Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the billing page. Cancellation stops future charges immediately. You retain full Pro access until the end of your current billing period — we do not prorate or cut off access early.
After the billing period ends, your account automatically reverts to the Free plan. Your run history is retained but access is limited to the last 7 days on Free.
Grandfathered pricing
Early bird subscribers are locked in at $4.99 / month for as long as their subscription remains active. If you cancel and later resubscribe after the early bird period has ended, the grandfathered rate no longer applies and standard pricing will be in effect at that time.
Renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically on the same date each month. You will receive a payment receipt by email after each successful charge. If a payment fails, we will retry and notify you — your access is not immediately cut off.
Exceptions
We handle edge cases fairly. If you were charged due to a technical error on our end, we will issue a full refund regardless of timing. Reach out and we will sort it out.
