Common questions?

What counts as a credit?
One credit = one question on one AI engine. Run 8 queries against 3 engines and that's 24 credits. Confidence samples are never billed as extra credits.
What are Mentions / Trust Footprint?
Trust Footprint shows where your brand is mentioned across review sites, directories, forums, and similar sources AI models trust. Mentions use a separate quota from credits: Pro 100 source-checks per billing period (trial max 50), Agency 400.
Is there a free plan?
There is no free in-app credit allotment. The public instant audit on the homepage is free — no account, no credit card. In-app citation runs require Pro or Agency. Pro includes a 3-day trial with a card on file; cancel before it ends and you won't be charged.
How does the Pro trial work?
Start Pro checkout and use up to 38 credits during the 3-day trial. Paid Pro includes 75 credits per billing period. Trial usage carries into the first 75.
Can I buy more credits?
Yes on Pro and Agency. Packs: 50 for $25, 100 for $45, 250 for $99. Purchased credits never expire and burn after your monthly allotment.
What is the AI Search Trail?
Where a provider exposes it, citation checks include a Search Trail — queries AI ran, URLs it considered, and whether your domain appeared before the final answer.
What is the Citation Gap Report?
A packaged citation audit across the engines you select. Cost is 20 × selected engines in credits from your billing-period pool (plus purchased credits if needed), with PDF export on Pro+.
What happens when I hit my credit limit?
The Run button is blocked. Buy a credit pack on Billing, or wait for your Stripe billing anniversary when the plan allotment resets.
What does BYOK mean and who can use it?
BYOK stands for Bring Your Own Key. Agency only: connect your own provider keys and those runs are unmetered against your managed credit pool — you pay the API provider directly. Pro uses our managed keys.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Pro and Agency are month-to-month. Cancel from the billing portal. Cancel during the Pro trial and you won't be charged.
Is this product in beta?
Yes. You're getting early access. Features are being actively developed. We appreciate your feedback.
